He answered all of my questions, but more importantly, he LISTENED to what I wanted. The contract I signed was specifically tailored to MY needs; it wasn't some standard job. It took a few weeks after I signed to get the right permits, but then the project moved quickly. Michael Ramos served as my project manager, and he kept me informed as the roof was put on. He showed me photos of the damaged spots, and of the completed work. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual work was completed in only one day (I have a very large roof on my 2,100 square foot one story house.) "Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

"CB roofing did some work for me during hurricane Irma in 2021-22. They mentioned they warranty their repairs for lifetime, since then the same area leaked once which they fixed and then leaked again recently which they refused to fix. BEWARE OF THEIR FAKE WARRANTY THEY ADVERTISE IN PERSON AND ON THEIR WEBSITES! Subsequently I also asked them to fix another leak from Hurricane Helene in 2024 which they quoted me a ridiculous amount (more than the two leaks they fixed in 2022!). Then they charged me a $150 consultation fee. I found another roofer who is doing the work for 1/3rd of the price. BEWARE OF THEM SCAMMING YOU WITH HIGH PRICES. I wouldn't do any work with them or recommend them to friends and family."
