David came out, explained what could be fixed, and took care of everything. He replaced the needed parts, adjusted the windows, and now they open and close the way they should. Very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. I’m really glad we didn’t have to replace the windows. Highly recommend."

"Window was broken by a ball that was thrown by a lawn mower that shattered my window Ty responded to my Angie's inquiry. He arrived at my home before the appointment time an immediately started the repair of broken window. The pane broken was rather large (42x29) and Ty worked hard getting everything cleaned up to replace with a replacement. His work is excellent and the attention paid by him is a sign of an individual who is dedicated to making sure his client receives his best efforts. "Entire experience was a mixed bag. On first inquiry owners responded immediately to my inquiry (Sana). Salesman was out quickly to quote the job and educate us. Long wait for installation due to availability of the product (all doors made by PGT). We were scheduled for three days of installation, so took off work to be there. At 7:45am of the scheduled start date I got a call from the installation supervisor notifying me that they were running behind and wouldn't be there. Right then I knew there were service issues and they could have let me know earlier. Installation was completed in the estimated time frame. Quality of the PGT windows is superb. Though not inexpensive (over $24K for the job) it is a high quality product. Service issues began immediately after installation and when they received the balance due for the project. The job isn't completed until after inspection by the county as there are some cosmetic strips that cover up areas the inspectors look at. Three weeks after inspection I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed the owner on a Thursday and was told the service manager would be in touch no later than the following Monday. Monday came and went and I waited another week and emailed the owner. There was no response. The next day I called and left a message. The service manager did then return the call and scheduled us for service two days later. When the gentleman arrived to finish the installation, his ticket only showed replacing a defective lock in the back door and didn't have time allocated to finish the cosmetic strips. More bad communication. The good news is that the tech (Josh) was extremely competent as well as caring about having a great installation. He pointed out more than a few things that were done badly in the installation, and was stunned the inspectors had passed it. He also gave me options on installation (water intrusion bars and stops to keep the door handles from breaking if the sliders were opened too hard) that were never even brought up by the installers. Final assessment.... great product, poor service and response once the money has been fully paid, but was very fortunate to have had Josh come out and point out all the flaws in the installation and fix them. They're here now (another half day off work) getting things right, and I'm sure in the final result I'll be happy with the product. It was just a long and frustrating road to get there. I don't know anything about window installations so was thankful to have Josh's integrity to get things right."

"My experience with Window Wall staff could serve as an industry model for delivery and installation of windows, along with excellent customer service. I had 17 windows replaced, 4 of which were half circle arches. Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. Window Wall staff respected my home and furnishings, covering furniture and cleaning as they worked. I am very critical of contractors at my residence, anticipating only quality products and services. "Scott came in a dealt with a difficult situation that went from repair to complete rebuild. The estimate changed to reflect the extra work but it was fair change and the work was done accordingly. He showed complete professionalism and had the ability to be creative to solve some issues that other companies would have turned their backs on."

"The Windows themselves are nice. The removal and instalation not so much. Prying the windows out without removal of the trim busted the cedar boards. When I questioned they said they only had the pressure treated they were given to shim the new Windowsand offed to use it. They said they would have to contact Paradise (although I was lead to believe they were Paradise)for authorization and they did purchase more than enough to replace all the trim. They only used a portion of the material and installed it smooth side out which,doesn't match the rest of the house. One window they sawed the window frame out cutting the trim and did not replace the sawn trim. From prying the windows out they busted the compound off the drywall corner metal as well as busting it loose from the interior face in the bedroom. They said we should let you know and the finish guy would fix it, they did skim coat the one corner. The part I found most unusual was having to pay before the installation, never seen that before. Look forward to getting the final and the installation and touch up completed."
