"Spencer Roofing did an absolutely amazing job. They were so fast and efficient. Especially in this heat! I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my 1994 home with keeping the air cooler. 100% would recommend to all my neighbors, friends, family, and people in the grocery store! Extremely professional and friendly!"

"Walter was very easy to work with as he is very straight forward about what he can and can't do. His crew was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with how well the worked together. The job they did was excellent. Part of the deal was to take down the exterior shutters and repaint them. As it turned out, the builder had glued the shutters to the wall. The removed the shutters for me and repaired the damage to the wall at no extra charge. The replacement shutters I had ordered did not arrive in time, but Walter came back after I got them and painted them, also at no extra charge. The job was started on 5/15/2017 and was completed ahead of schedule. We were very happy with outcome."

"I’ve used **German Roofing** for over a decade, and they’ve now replaced at least three roofs for me, with a fourth on the way. Every job has been done with excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and no shortcuts. They’re reliable, show up when scheduled, and keep the project organized from start to finish. Their communication is clear, pricing is honest, and they never try to upsell unnecessary work. They stand behind what they install and have always been quick to help whenever I’ve had questions, even years later. After many projects, they continue to earn my trust. Highly recommended."

"Love there professional process, you get an inspection report with the pictures and issues of your roof in detail. This is included in your quote and another inspection report with pictures after the work has been completed. Highly recommend using them."

"Kobe was extremely professional, helpful, and made scheduling very easy! I would definitely recommend him and the company for any roofing needs"

"Called on a Saturday for a roof leak, Dusty came over Sunday morning, went on the roof and found the issue. He sent a quote over that evening. Quote was real good compared to other verbal estimates. I approved and he was there two days latter and made repairs! Great service, friendly, and thorough! Thanks Dusty!!"

"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. SPEED: When your roof leaks, it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly before more internal home damage. He makes you a priority. By the way, look at all his awesome reviews on Angie's List. He has been around for a LONG time. Not a fly-by-night company. Establish, credible, verified, licensed, bonded, insured, etc. True Built checks all the right box's for me."

"I cannot recommend Express Roofing enough. I received 7 bids for my roof project included some highly rated companies. Express Roofing was the only company to provide me with photos and a video of my roof issues. They wrote out a very exact contract and were the only company to include fascia board and ply board for the areas of concern that they saw. They cleaned up everything at the end of each day and finished a large project in 4 days. This included both the shingle roof and 2 foam flat roofs. Jenna and Jeremy were at the house every day to provide me with photos AND drone footage to show the workmanship and progress each day which I received via email. They were patient with all of my endless questions and phone calls to follow up. The roof looks amazing! They painted the T tops a good color to match the roof and new shiny whirly birds. Call Express Roofing (480) 226-4245."

"The job was completed with minimal interruption to our normal routine. At the end of each day our yard was left clean. All work was completed to the specifications indicated on the contract. The new roof looked good, and we are sure it will keep or house dry from any rain or monsoon activity. We would recommend their service to anyone needing roof replacement."
