He was able to remove dog stains and food stains that we could not remove ourselves.  He worked really hard to make our carpets look brand new and he succeeded!  I've used many carpet cleaners in the past and it never fails that a week or two after the cleaning, the stains reappear.  But not this time.  It's been a month since our service and our carpets still look brand new!  I will definitely use Tim from AZ Xtreme Clean the next time I need to clean my carpets. <br />"

"For over 10 years I was in the business of managing contractors from all different contracting trades across the US, so I know a little something about everything that can and commonly does go wrong in construction, repair and maintenance work.  This will be the first time I have ever provided a recommendation for a provider, so that should tell you something about the quality of work and experience that occurred when working with Marius at my home.   <br /> The end product... <br /> Simply stated, the end product that Marius provided was simply beautiful.  During the remodel, not a single contractor who entered my home could believe that the staircase remodel was not a new installation.  He transformed my home's dated and not-up-to-code staircase into a modern focal point of the home.  This was a large job with a curved staircase that also spanned the entire second floor.   <br /> In addition to the staircase work, Marius handled our cabinetry work.  This involved removal of the cabinets being replaced in the kitchen and bathroom as well as installation of new cabinets.  Marius also assisted with the staining of our built-in cabinets across the home to match the new cabinets. <br /> The process... <br /> The end product was exceptional, but it was the process that really made Marius and ARAD LLC stand out.  Like I said at the beginning of this review, I've seen a lot go wrong across my career of managing contractors.  When you've got a provider like Marius working on your site, you simply won't have to worry.  To say he goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction is an understatement. <br /> Marius demonstrated a professionalism and thoroughness that wasn't just a marketing slogan, but evident in his approach from the very start of the job.  Safety was paramount for him, and for a family living through a remodel with young kids I was happy to know that Marius had my back.  He custom built safety barriers for every space he worked on to ensure that my children were not at risk, and he timed the work in a manner that ensured that staining and fumes occurred when we were away from the home.  Marius was highly detailed and even went the extra mile to fix other providers? mistakes on unrelated work when he encountered the issues while on site. (For no extra charge I might add!) <br /> Marius was highly flexible and was able to accommodate a difficult work schedule that had him working over Thanksgiving and through the weekend to hit very tight deadlines for my family's convenience.  It is rare to have a provider who places his client?s family comfort and needs above his own.   <br /> The last thing to highlight for Marius was his willingness to assist in work that he frankly did not need to provide.  Whether it was in making recommendation for other providers like carpeting and countertops, or simply lending a hand when I needed to move heavy furniture or appliances, he was always willing to lend a hand.  In the case of vendor recommendations, I also found his recommendations spot on for vendors who similarly provided quality work and fair pricing.  <br /> In all, I will continue to use Marius for my ongoing projects and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a quality vendor who approaches each customer relationship as the life blood of his business.  <br /> <br /> <br />"
