"We cannot say enough good things about Carpentry Plus. We were extremely pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and work. In addition, Brad and his family are so friendly and personable that we felt like they were old friends. We hired them to put vinyl siding on our 2-story wood house and 2-car garage. As the work proceeded we discovered that there was extensive water damage to the wood in several places on both the house and garage. These included the chimney, the three-season room, and the bottom plate around the perimeter of the garage walls. As a master carpenter Brad Green resolved these issues in a creative and effective way. After replacing all the rotted wood in these areas, he installed flashing around the garage and closed-in three-seasons room to help prevent future damage. The three-seasons room was in such seriously bad shape that it almost needed to be rebuilt. All these issues added a lot of extra work and time to the project. Brad let us know every step of the way what was happening with the job and we were grateful that Brad agreed to take the time to do the extra work--well beyond the original agreement. We have not had any water in the garage since the work was completed and we are so happy to have our three-seasons room repaired. And the siding looks beautiful generating compliments from our neighbors. Really great attention to detail!"

"<p>Kenny personally came out to give us an estimate and took the time to listened to all of the attempts we made to fix this leaking roof and never once made us feel dumb for what was tried.</p> <p>He explained what he would do and materials he would use to fix the leaking roof.</p> <p>We received the estimate the very next day for what was a fair cost. </p> <p>We called to lock in a date for the repair and because this is a roofers busy season, the scheduled date was for just over a month away, but he said that he would do his best to get us in as soon as he could.</p> <p>Less that a week later he called us and said he could get us in the very next Saturday!</p> <p>Well Saturday came and it rained all day.</p> <p>He called us and (because of the all day rain we were expecting), said that he and a co-worker would come the next day (Sunday no less) to fix our roof.</p> <p>Sunday turned out beautiful and they came and fixed our roof!</p> <p>He invited me onto the roof several times to show us the issues that caused the leak and to show us the materials and steps that they were using to fix the leak all the while being courteous and respectful of the unknowledgeable when it comes to roofing!</p> <p>We were pleased with the work done and with the friendliness of the guys.</p> <p>Yes I would definitely hire Dollins Construction again and for more than roofing projects!</p> <br />"

"We have used them many times over the years for restoration and remodel. They are GREAT! It eased our minds that they were available when our septic backed up, because we knew they would handle it well, and we wouldn't have to worry. We were out of town when the incident first happened, and they were able to come right over and get things started, so we had less stress. Don did the floor and trim work in the basement; we have an odd-shaped room... the corners are perfect! He also took the extra time to line up the flooring to create barrier-free entrances. He also did a beautiful job on resurfacing the bar. The carpet guy was efficient and very polite. The carpet on the stairs is beautiful and comfy on our feet; nice padding. "Eric and Stephan met with us initially to examine the project and give us an estimate of cost and time. They were very friendly and professional and it was obvious that they had experience with this type of work. We were able to subtract some money from the original quote by doing some of the work ourselves.ie: removing trim and picking up supplies. They were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. The work took all day, from 10am to 7pm, since installation of french doors is tricky. It involved a lot of shimming and levelling. They did an excellent job and we are so glad that we used Woodstone Builders. We are confident that this door was installed properly. They worked cleanly and efficiently. <br />"
