"We have a deck over our finished sunroom. It has leaked at least 5 times in the last 10 years. Jeremy and his crew added a 4'x8' section to the deck and in doing so discovered why the deck has been leaking. The original shoddy workmanship done by the original builder was uncovered and found that a large portion of the deck was completely rotted. Jeremy and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing all the rotten components. Then they totally waterproofed the entire deck the way it should have been done originally. They put down all new porcelain tile and made sure it drained properly. They added new railings and a number of other cosmetic things that have produced a fantastic looking and wonderfully functional deck. I cannot say enough about the work ethic and incredible standard of pride in workmanship that every member of the crew demonstrated. Jeremy has been wonderful to work with. He has kept us completely informed along every step of the process. He is a fantastic person and has the kind of work ethic that reminds me of what makes America great. If I could give 10 stars for Quality, Ethical Standards and Genuine Concern for the job I would be glad to do so. We have two more projects to have done here at the house and I would not consider anyone else but Jeremy and his crew. Call Jeremy and I promise you will be as ecstatic with the results as we are."

They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. I have had a terrible time recently finding subs willing to answer the phone and if they do they either show up days late or not at all. Thankfully J &E answered, scheduled and reported to work when they said they would. On the job they kept a clean work site and worked efficiently to get work done. "Painting of the cabinets and walls turned out beautifully, backsplash looked amazing. The ONLY negative thing I have to mention, is that we were left with about 10 black bags filled with the tile and Sheetrock that was removed from our backsplash demo, because he said they had no way of disposing of it. I said no worries, I will put it out with our weekly trash. However, little did I know, our trash company will not pick up any type of construction material. Now I am going to have to find someone and pay to have it removed and hauled away. This is the only reason why I’m giving the one “B”. If you do any type of demo, just make sure that part is taken care of ahead of time so u don’t have extra unexpected charges. Otherwise, Pablo and his crew did a very good job. I would use him again for painting."

"We hired Signature Decks and Patios to design us a new Patio.
They came up with a great design and a affordable price that meet our budget. We did shop around but the design was what sold us.
They were able to start before the starting date which was great for us. The job took 4 days with a crew of 5 men. The patio was approximately 650 sq.ft. There was a bench around the fire pit and a Arbor over the sitting area. Were so happy with our new patio. The construction crew and the team leader was a treat to work with. Everything was done before the completion date which was good for us because we had company over the holidays.
A enjoyable experience. Will use again to landscape around it in the spring.

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"
