They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff. "sales rep was no nonsense and didn't waste our time with talking up their service, which I appreciate greatly. Workers were all very nice, efficient and cleaned up everything well. Soon after we had the same water flooding our garage, they came back w/o problem replaced area witha solid wall opposed to previos open wall, still continued to flood, they sent out original rep who quoted another $1100 to add more drainage system where i originally pointed out i suspected was part of the trouble. After speaking with HA rep and owner only the owner finally agreed to add the extra piece as I pointed out THEY told us what was done would fix the issue and we didn't mind paying a small additional fee. They added the extra piece and still now after more heavy rains we have water coming in even though it is greatly reduced and yet city inspector states it's not their problem either, so i guess it's just an unfixable problem created by God??? It's a 30+ old subdivision but still fairly flat, God help anyone needing a system ina really hilly property."

"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"
