I worked with 2 other companies and neither of them knew what was wrong with the leaking previous units—Mode Mechanical immediately knew the wiring was messed up (2 air handlers had swapped cables) and were proved correct later during replacement. They went above and beyond at all steps, testing my refrigerant lines integrity for over an hour when they could have called the job done much sooner and gotten away with it.
