"Aldo & his brother Mario were amazing. Called at 1130 pm because our power went out- thinking it was a breaker that went bad. They came in the morning and realized one of our outlets was completely burnt. Quickly realizing the problem, they immediately took it out and replaced it and upgraded our breaker from 15 to 20 amps (we live in a very old house). We will be hiring them for all future plumbing, electric, or other jobs."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"I had 6 contractors bid on the job and chose to work with Matthew because he performed the most thorough assessment of the scope of the job--which was huge and complicated given the age of the house (and included gutter work in addition to roofing). He was careful to explain clearly what had to be done, and why. In our case, the project required that the existing roof be completely removed. Matthew also enumerated all of the potential unforeseen problems, issues (and costs) that might come to light once the old roof was ripped out, and he gave an estimated price range for what the overages might be. Once the work got underway, we were also pleased with the professionalism of Matt's foreman and crew. As problems indeed arose, Matthew documented all of the issues with photos and phoned or emailed with detailed descriptions and solution options. I would definitely work with all of them again."

"Sunyay representative, Fabricio, reviewed the work to be done, a massive hole in the ceiling, with debris falling or hanging precariously. In order to avoid mold, work could not start until the ceiling area and walls had dried. Once he started, his work was great. The process took a long time, because of drying, but the end product was worth it, and he somehow matched the paint already on the walls. You would never know there had been a disaster in the bedroom. Fabricio is also rare (in a good way) because he gets back to you when you call him. He is reliable and professional. I would use him again, but I hope I don't have to!"
