Hi my name is Chris Hill I run Hill Exteriors and we are a small local residential construction company mainly focusing on exterior work but we have the skills and knowledge to tackle almost any project you have related to your home. I grew up as one of those kids who loved tools and taking stuff apart and putting it back together and started my career off at Home Depot at the age of 18 where I ended up being promoted and managing the paint department there. Palmer was punctual and very professional. I had spilled a large coke cola soda on my white carpet.  I was in panic mode, but with his efficiency and understanding he not only took the spot out but reassured my fears.  He also said that if any part of the spot came back to call them.  After about a week, just a small area ( really barely noticeable ) came back and I called and Fernando was able to come by the next day. The spot is now not only not visible it's like it never happened !  I would highly recommend them for any of your carpet needs as they are beyond the best in the business. "Carpet was 8 x 10. Simply Rug Cleaning pick-up rug and took to their facility. Carpet was returned in 14 days. The carpet had been under a plant and was wet for several months. They did a very good job getting the mold out and sanitizing the carpet. The water stain is still slightly visible but much better. I was happy with their service and would use again."
