Took weeks to admit responsibility and now months later there is still no flooring, no insurance contact, and no resolution. Endless delays, excuses, and silence. I?ve lost rental income and had to pull listings. Filing CSLB complaint if this isn?t resolved immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.Mistakes can happen. What matters is how a company responds. Leaving a customer with a damaged, uninhabitable home for months without resolution is unacceptable. The plus was that the Plumber took off $25 as a first time customer ($275 instead of $300), but with the tank parts the total fee was $325."

"They were good know what they are doing. Have the right equipment for any job. On time, courteous, answer all questions. I sent a picture of my project to the office, and they gave me a max cost to complete the work. Then the actual plumbers came out to make sure about the job. Came out the next morning and completed the job. It took about an hour or so."

"These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."
