"I would agree with another reviewer who said they felt like they "hit the jackpot" in finding Jim.  If I could give him a higher grade than "A", I would!  He was prompt, efficient, conscientious, and friendly.  He worked diligently until the tasks were completed and took the initiative to offer to repair additional items that needed it. He also offered helpful tips,such as sending me a link to hinge door stoppers to replace the less effective ones we had.  His fee was extremely low for all the work he performed, and in fact I almost had to insist that he take more than the initial price he quoted.   The work did end up taking more time to complete than he initially estimated--3 days, instead of one, but there was so much to be done that I was not surprised  the additional time was needed. <br /> Another handyman from Angie's List quoted me a price that was a couple of hundred dollars higher than Jim's fee and ended up backing out at the last minute---the inconvenience this caused was more than made up for by my finding Jim instead. I'm already putting together another list for him to tackle next month! <br />"
