Fernando and his co-installer were efficient, worked in horrible heat. The outdoor temperature was 105+. Fernando explained everything and showed us how to use the thermostat and change the filters. Then a senior technician, Robert, came and did a complete inspection and sign off of the job. "I called Matt at Mountain Park and got an estimate for all of the work. The guys called and asked if they could come by early, which was fine with me. Jake and Fabien arrived right on time and split up to get the various valves changed. They were friendly, knowledgable and knocked the tasks out in very good time. The only issue I had was that the new hose bib developed a slow drip at the pipe fitting. I called Matt and he had one of his guys swing by the following morning and fix it right up while I was out at an appointment. I appreciate this company's attention to customer service.
