"The installers were Adam & Ryan. They were here on time and had the walk-in shower completed in 8 to 9 hours not ever taking a break. The primary walk-in shower looks fine. Cleaned up the work areas and made sure everything was ok with me. However, if I had this to do over again I would not hire USA. The workers Adam and Ryan were wonderful and professional. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. However, my experience with the salesman was just horrible. He took a very long time asking what we expected with the showers and it became annoying and I was ready to move on and actually show him our shower arrangements. After a very long time and much more discussion than was necessary, he finally took measurements and showed us the products that I had asked about in the beginning. It's hard to believe that he was trained to do what he did. He was here for 3 hours! I have no complains about the company as such only this salesman."

"These guys were great. Very professional. They converted a bath tub into a shower for us and did a fantastic job. I am very picky and it came out perfect. Whenever they came in to work they put down protection for the floor. Highly recommended!"
