Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

"We had a complete closet demo and remodel.
Complete Tub fixture replacement. 
Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. "It went very well. They are a great group of people to work with. First contractor to  ask what our price point was!!! Very professional and responsive to questions and concerns. The salesman,job supervisor and scheduler all came to the house a few days before the work began to see what we wanted done and make sure we were all on the same page. The supervisor came out to view each stage of the job and was very particular. The actual floor installation was done by European Floors who were also very professional and once again the supervisor came out. They also did some minor tile installation for us as well.
 It was so nice to work with people who showed up on the right day and time with the right equipment who did not have to be phoned every day in order to meet a deadline.
While the floor was being installed a lady who was driving by stopped to ask if she could see the floor. She was so impressed she asked for a business card as they were redoing a kitchen floor. Nice to generate some new business for a super company. We plan to use them again. They get an H for honors rating from us.
