"Excellent! The team worked diligently for 5 days to install a central air system in our old house with Plaster Walls. It was NOT easy, yet they did a fantastic job. They were able to add all ducts to the first floor with out any "chases" or enclosures requiring to be build. And almost none of our first floor lines up with our second floor closets, but they figured it out. Great time and fantastic service. Make sure you get Brandon and Sean. The work their butts off, and ensure your house stays clean (they cleaned up everything after every day - not an easy feat). Cannot say how happy am I with their work!"

"The technician was very professional and was able to answer many of my questions about the condition of my HVAC system that I inherited and its probable lifetime. I sensed that he was being honest and straightforward. Rather than accept his extensive list of possible replacement parts, I opted to have him install the one that he believed to be the most urgent- the capacitor. "The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

They had to work around the management of the complex not being willing to turn the water off and on and were very gracious about the delay (over an hour of their time) that caused. | |They were late but their office also called to let us know. "I am so thankful that I was able to get them same day as I called, because their great technician Dimitri was doing jobs that day in my neighborhood. I tried a to call a numerous companies, to get the appointment, but they sound much less professional and charges the same or more. I a was in shock after he showed for all that years we had filter installed in wrong place and all dusty, dirty air was coming to the Blower and Coils of my system blocking air-flow and have a burning, dry smell from them. Dimitri spent more than 3 hours cleaning/brushing/sanitizing removing even constructional dust from that time (more than 50 years old house)"
