They were careful to cover carpeting and made a walk path so as to not get any debrie on it. Lee explained everything and was very friendly. Our floors were losing their luster and needed some serious restoration. The finished look was amazing. We are very pleased with results. The shine is back. Lee educated me on how to maintain the floors, etc. He also informed me to use caution with certain products around the marble.
