"Regan was the first technician, in the seven years since our HVAC system was installed, to correctly identify a configuration issue that had been overlooked from the start. He discovered that the system was wired to operate only on Stage 1 instead of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, which had prevented our home from heating and cooling properly all this time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the problem, why it was happening, and what needed to be done to fix it. After ordering the necessary parts, he returned and replaced the control board and dampers, resolving the issue completely.
