"Very reasonable pricing.  Very professional.  Very timely service.  They got the parts and did the repairs for a very low price.  I had gotten quotes from other garage door repair services who turned out to be overpriced, did not have the parts I needed, and tried to sell me new doors which I did not need.  Frankly I did not initially consider Sears because I did not consider them to be a major competitor in the garage door repair business.  However, they will be my first choice in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

"Excellent. Darryl, our project manager, was informative but not pushy. He had great insight into the process, what we needed, and how to take care of us. He did not pressure us to incorporate unnecessary upgrades and collaborated with our homeowner's insurance for us, making the process simple, painless, and easy. The install went smoothly. They were able to install earlier than estimated (by about 2 weeks) and the crew worked very efficiently, completing the work in about 5-6 hours. My only minor complaint is that they left the trailer full of debris in our driveway until about 7pm that evening, even though they were done around 12:30pm. Even at that point though, we texted Darryl and he quickly got a crew out to remove the trailer for us. Even when they made a mistake, they were very quick to correct it. Excellent customer service."
