"We worked with mostly Perry in the owner Dave Willis and they were experts they really know their stuff and we were able to get five estimates they were not the cheapest but the most knowledgeable and they really came through for us my daughter went through a divorce and had to move in our home with her two little boys and we put on an in-law quarter a kitchen a bathroom and a fun space for the kids to play and a beautiful outside deck they did a hell of a job they really did we're going to get our basement done this summer and we're definitely calling them their guys were awesome showed up every day cleaned up every day that was very important that they put all their tools away and considering there's two little boys in the home and they cleaned up spotless each and every day thanks again to Dee Willis GCI Mary and Patrick"

"Unsatisfied with final results of retaining wall project. Documentation to support my experience. When asked why his quote was lower than others, owner reply the larger companies use blocks from quarry. Ok with blocks from Lowes, 2 days completion, but still expected quality work. Subcontractors excellent job on demo and work on front wall. 3rd day, owner solely completed side wall to driveway. Contractors should have finished the job. I was not ok with the side wall design being lower than the lawn. Owner Stephen Q. was verbal aggressive when I asked him to fix it. Neighbors came out. He threaten to remove the wall. Owner explain- property on slope, pay him. Cashiers checks written to owner and not in company's name ($1,900 and $2,200) per owner's request. To fix the misaligned side wall cost est. $2,200 per another contractor. Waiting for est. to fix lawn. Photos taken at a distance are deceiving. Must review up close. Photos attached. Older woman just trying to update my home."

"Our deck project with Steve Quinn started out well in July 2025. Steve appeared to know what he was doing and said the project would only take a few weeks. By Aug, Steve ran into some issues (e.g., the township required 8x8 posts) but he assured us things would progress quickly. By Sept, he stopped coming as often. We would text or call him and he would show up for a couple of hours and then disappear again for two weeks. He had many excuses for the delays. We have not seen him since early Dec 2025. He has now stopped responding to our texts and calls. At his request, we paid in advance for almost the whole project. Disturbingly, we discovered he ran a company called ?Quinn Construction? out of Rochester, NY that has many 1 star reviews from people whose projects he abandoned after receipt of payment. Also 1st Choice Renovations (unlike First Choice Renovation) doesn?t have a website. It seems Steve Quinn is not running a legitimate business and by ghosting us, will cost us thousands."
