The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. "Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
