They also have an online appointment system which is great. For a fee they winterize my system (which I had not done and was the cause of my pipes bursting) and reopen and inspect my system in the spring."

I was a new customer and spoke to Andrew in the office and he was very professional and walked me through the process of what the technician would do when he arrived. On the day of service, the technician explained everything that he was doing to repair my system. He was very nice and courteous. "The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

"Mike, the sales manager at Rightway Waterproofing was very professional with a non-pressure, full free estimate in my grandparents home that I now own. He was on time, and spent about an hour going over all the options I had to waterproof the basement. I told him I planned on getting work done in the basement within the next three months, and he was completely understanding, and did not try to use sales pressure tactics whatsoever. 
I did a heavy amount of research looking around for a waterproofing company. I also had a lot of questions, and Mike was very prompt in responding to emails, took all my phone calls, and also allowed me to tour the facility - he showed me the company vehicles, where they keep the supplies, how the work day looks when everyone leaves the shop, and what to expect when they arrive to work on the property. He took his time, did not rush me out the door. He kept his word about the date and time I scheduled with him to see the facility, and made sure he was able to spend all the time needed to answer all my questions. 
Though this was such a difficult decision, I rarely give reviews to companies I do not use. I had to give Rightway a good review because I really did have a great experience of not being pressured. Time will tell if I regret this decision to not go with Rightway, but in all honesty - IF you want to deal with a FANTASTIC sales manager who will go over EVERY option you have to waterproof your basement, AND.. who will NOT pressure you into making a deal or else the price will go up - THIS company would be a GREAT choice. 
I will not go into great detail of why I chose elsewhere because it honestly has NOTHING to do with this company or the tour or anything I've experienced. Mike was very patient, respectable and knows his stuff. The company to me seems like an excellent company to hire. Thank you.

We interviewed three other companies and Drew Harp far and away had the best price and provided a large number of variable sprinkler heads for different areas of the yard. They showed up when they said they would show up and completed the job quickly and expertly. They explained all our options and provided us with a quick written estimate . We were reluctant about putting in a lawn sprinkler system because there are so many fly by night companies. Drew Harp are total professionals.
