He work for approximately one hour trying to clear the drain. unfortunately because of the age of our house, the cast iron pipe was just too deteriorated . He was unable to clear the drain to his satisfaction . Adhering to his company's policy, we were not charged for the service call. Josh was very professional and showed pride in his work and the company he represented."

"Exceptionally well! We just moved into a rental home in the area, and the property needed some repairs upon moving in. The first company we called came out and seemingly fixed things, but a week hadn't gone by before the true quality of their work was revealed: closet shelving collapsed again, the water heater stopped working again, and a leaky faucet started leaking again. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
