"From the first visit to my home from Sean for an estimate, to the crew that arrived to do the project I was impressed. Everyone was extremely professional. The crew arrived on time, the crew leader introduced me to the rest of the crew and explained how they would proceed with the project. They protected the work spaces with plastic from my garage to the crawl space opening in side my closet. They went to work and kept me informed about the progress. The whole crew worked very efficiently and got the project done in one day. They left work area spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend this company for any waterproofing project!!"

"I was please with the estimator, Boston's knowledge and willingness to walk me through the process and unfamiliar territory of basement waterproofing. He was very knowledgeable and answers so many questions, at the time of the walk through as well as in the days after when I had questions after receiving other bids and trying to compare them. In the end, it was just my low budget that kept me from going with Terra Firma. I thought their system was excellent, and would have worked well with my basement, but I had to opt for a less expensive design."

I was called by Kresta Wallace of Harry Wallace Construction of Albany, OR on Monday. I explained the situation. Her response was that they could do it that week. She handled the situation superbly. Two days later on Wednesday, I had a picture of the completed project. Great job. It wasn't just a mailbox. It was the timing, my not being there, and the urgent need all when they are very busy. She understood, took the task, and got it done. Very much appreciated. This company does excellent work and certainly is committed to doing the best job in a timely manner. They sure have the customer first in mind. My thanks to H Wallace Construction. We all need people like Kresta, Harry, and their employees. "They were incredibly responsive during a very hard time. In the space of 4 days our home flooded (during a week when there were lots of homes flooding -- they had a foreman on site to take a look within 24 hours, when a competitor wouldn't have been able to even look at the problem for a month). In addition to our home flooding, our son was in a terrible accident and was in ICU for several days, and the hospital for 5+ weeks (he's still there as I write this). Some folks from our church called Justin at Western and asked if they could provide the labor and they could install the sump system to take care of the immediate flooding project. My wife and I weren't even there and between our awesome Church family and western they dug the trenches and installed a sump system to take care of the flooding issue. Western was super busy with the unprecedented flooding, but they worked with us. The second part of the project in preparing the foundation in a stairway to the basement hasn't been completed yet, but is scheduled, and I'm confident they'll do a great job with that too. I'll repost more info if I feel it is needed."

"Building Envelope Systems Tech LLC did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, competed the job as discussed and as a part of their service returned the following week to inspect. Finding a bit of residual moss, they got up and retreated at no added charge."

"Did a great job repairing the holes in the ceiling and matching the texture to the existing ceiling. For 2 of the 3 holes, you can't even tell there was a repair made; the 3rd has some discoloration that needs to be painted over. The 2 workers were fast and efficient and did a great job. I would use this company again for drywall repairs or other construction services. <br /> My only concern about this job was that it took 2 months to get it completed.  I think I was rescheduled 4 times.  However, they were really nice about it and I wasn't in a big hurry so it wasn't a big issue for me.  It did leave me wondering how long it might take to get work done if I was in a hurry though. <br />"

"the person who came to do the work was friendly, courteous and professional, and he arrived on time and ready to work. All bathroom tile and floor surfaces were thoroughly cLeaned, and grout looked like new when he was done. surfaces, including grout, were sealed. When this job was done, the bathroom surfaces looked just like new! We appreciated hearing about Summit's owner and about the loyalty his employees feel toward him. I would have this company back again in the future, and we will be calling them for any necessary cleaning or restoration work. Kudos! <br />"
