"My new roof looks great. Everything pretty much went as expected. Had a yard light crushed during tear-off, and my entryway fountain ended up with a lot of debris and roofing rocks in it. A couple of nails through the edge metal and a roofline edge that did not get trimmed. Pretty much small stuff. The overall workmanship was excellent. Communication was kept to the absolute bare minimum. Mostly just emails. I never did end up meeting with the actual contractor. The crew they sent out was professional, respectful, and easy to talk with. I was very happy dealing with them. I had a few things that ended up not being replaced, fireplace vent flashing and a furnace flashing along with some other flashing material, as well as multiple bundles of material that was not needed. I ended up being billed for these items. No adjustment to the original price. An itemized final bill would have been nice. In the end, I am satisfied with the overall results. If my neighbors need a roof replaced, I will recommend BEST Roofing to them."

They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk.
