"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener. We can't recommend him enough. Our neighbor came over and asked Frank go to his house to take a look at his door and now our neighbor will be getting a new door as well. Frank is a down-to-earth kind of guy. Very friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and respectfully shook our hands.
