"Had a grounding system installed, full rejuvenation of the circuit breaker box and a full re-device done throughout the house. The grounding system was done in a day. Thumbs up for that. The rejuvenation was completed in a day but they had to come back to replace some breakers that needed arc protection according to Hillsborough code. This was identified by a QAQC person. Thumbs up that they have a person to actually come out and check on the work. The re-device took several days as there were many existing problems that needed to be fixed. The man that did it was extremely meticulous which I am grateful for. I did not want a rush job done. This is electrical work we are talking about; corners do not need to be cut. I have been told that I could have gotten all this done at a cheaper price which I agree to in theory however, I believe that some things should be expensive if you want quality work."

They tried very hard to get someone out that evening to replace the unit, but everyone was already scheduled for other appointments. The technician was out the next morning and spent most of the day replacing a very old unit. Provided great recommendations on the replacement and also noticed an outside spout not working that they replaced as well. Very happy with the overall experience."
