"Tom built a roughly 500 sqft deck for us using Azek. About half of the deck is rectangle screened porch. The other half is slightly irregular deck. They are pretty high off the ground as shown in the picture and the stairs also curve back to the side of the house to save space. Tom and team did a great job. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material. Within 2 days the work was completed without issue and we have a beautiful composite deck with vinyl railings. They did exactly what they said they would do and we're very pleased with the result."

His team was very respectful and clean with their work. We had a very complex job of an enclosed deck with a shed underneath, an outdoor patio and a walkway to the front. Our property is on a hilly slope so pretty tough job. Paul (head contractor) was very easy going, no complaints, made changes and adjustments on my feedback. Overall an excellent job.
