"They know their business and did the job well ! Feel very good about my drainage problem fixed . Has not rained to hard yet so time will tell , but if a problem should occur I feel confident Dan will fix it. The egress window install was spot on! Very dependable company and would recommend and already have to do your job with confidence. Linda and Danny"

"We found Basement Waterproofing Nationwide to be highly ethical and very knowledgeable. A little over a year ago we had BWN perform some basement waterproofing. We were delighted with the work and the options presented to us as well as the speed with which it was done. This summer during the very heavy rains, we had some water seep into the basement so we called for an evaluation. As it turned out, the rebuild contractors (which we had opted to contract with a lower price provider vs. using subs hired by BWN) never communicated to us that the newly installed sump pump required an electrician and that it was not hooked up. This house is inhabited by tenants and we are not in the same state, so it's hard to tell where the communication breakdown occurred. Basement Waterproofing Nationwide's service rep however was extremely professional and helpful in delivering this bad news. He also checked and was able to confirm that the waterproofing was still good. He made a few suggestions like letting us know that he noticed where the drywall had been replaced that the outlet plates were never reinstalled. I also had some questions about the contract and he was very helpful and had the office fax me the pertinent info that same day. Lesson learned for me was that it would probably have been better to let BWN hire the contractors for the rebuild esp when you are out of town and unable to oversee. When there are heavy rains in the area like Baltimore had in July, it might take a few days for them to process the volume of calls especially if the nature of your request is minor. But they do respond. They are extremely professional and they stand behind their work."

"Jaime and his crew did an outstanding job. True professionals and hard workers and I have found my long term lawn and landscaping company for good. Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way"

"I had an amazing experience working with Affordable Basement Waterproofing and would certainly recommend. The salesman Ken was very thorough and the install crew led by Mike and Greg could not have been more professional...and tidy. A couple of major snags occurred during the project to no fault of theirs (my basement floor had twice the amount of concrete as normal) which involved the crew working 2 extra days to finish at no extra charge. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Great price too as I got quotes from a handful of contractors. You won't be disappointed with Affordable Basement Waterproofing out of Pasadena, Md."

"So far we've had two rain storms and no water. The guys who dug out the french drain were friendly and professional. Joel, the sales rep. was easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with. Although I think they may have been a bit, maybe 10 percent more in cost than several other companies we looked at, we felt they were worth it. 2 days to finish the job and no water in the basement to date. Money well spent!

"We had Andrew come out to assess our basement water issue. We had 2 sump pumps installed along with a drainage system. Andrew, Mendoza and their crew were delightful to work with. I would highly recommend Best Buy Wayerproofing."

"They installed our sump pump system with backup battering very efficiently and professional and in less than one day. After discussions on the correct equipment, they provided additional effort to be sure the wi-fi backup equipment was installed and was working efficiently. Any questions on installation and operation I had were answered on-the-spot and with ease. System seems great and I now have peace of mind during a bad storm or if the power should go out. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Good people to work with, professional in every way. Normally when we received 2" of rain water would start entering the basement. When we receive 3" the basement floor would be covered. Two days after installing their system our area received 8.5" of rain and our basement remained dry, not a drop got in the house. These guys know what they are doing."

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!"
