Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

They had done a beautiful remodeling job on our kitchen 3 years earlier and I knew the quality of their work. I spoke with Bob who checked with Andy (owner) who then had Todd come out the VERY SAME DAY to do the job! I know how busy they are and I fully expected to wait until they had time in their schedule for this repair. Todd did an excellent job fixing the gaping hole in record time! These guys were awesome!
