The price was fair with no apparently added fees or fluff that simply increase his profit. On install day he and his crew of 2 - the "other" Alan and Scott - were on time and completed the work in a timely, competent, and professional manner. The outside AC unit has a slight lean towards the house rather than being 100% level, but everything works as it should so far. On a major purchase like this, time will tell. But I would definitely recommend Alan and Alaska Breeze. I plan on using him for future cleanings and repairs when needed."
