"Vulcan stone floors were laid down and essentially achieved by goals in my basement flooring. They laid the floors under a pool table as promised. But now 3 years later after the pool table has been removed we discovered problems under the 4 leg spots. I have made 4 calls to them without the courtesy of a return call. What had been a good experience with Vulcan has now been soured because they seem unconcerned with dealing with any issue. Shame on them!"
