We offer a more affordable and less intrusive alternative to replacing sunken or raised concrete. Structural polyurethane is injected under the slab which expands to gently lift a slab back to its original elevation. A rock-hard support system also forms which gives the slab a much stronger substrate than soil. Driveways will also be ready for vehicle traffic within minutes of the procedure. No mess, no cure times, no damage to landscape, etc. Our clients are raving about the outcomes of their projects. What we are not tooled or skilled to perform: Concrete replacement, new concrete placement/installation, and foundation repairs of structures with crawlspaces.

"We have had many landscapers over the years. None have been as honest or frankly as fun to deal with as Gabriel. We had our front beds weeded and laid down river rock. It looks absolutely amazing. Gabriel suggested starting smaller with the rock order, basically an order more if needed approach. I appreciated this as it kept the costs controlled and didn’t leave me with mounds of unused material. On top of doing a wonderful job, he has made suggestions to expand our therapeutic riding program to include kids in foster care (promising to also volunteer). It’s apparent Gabe cares about quality, honesty, and building relationships, consistently asking if we were happy with the work. We will definitely be hiring Gabe and Dream Homz Landscaping again! Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.
Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.
No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
