"They have now done two separate jobs on different occasions. Jobs consisted of preparing a floor for carpeting after a animal had ruined the previous carpet and wood. Also fixed my front door which was a little crooked so it stuck. I then called them back for drywall work after I had redid my plumbing. Excellent, professional work for both jobs. Well priced. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price.
