"It seemed like a straightforward repair/replace tile project but when the broken tiles were removed it was discovered that moisture damage was present. He removed the damaged materials and replaced them and then proceeded to replace the tiles. While he was there he re-grouted the other existing tile to ensure they would not cause future damage. Very Professional, polite, competent, and well worth the cost. Thank you!"

He repaired cracked plaster on walls, and repainted them; installed cabinet handles; fixed a short in a light switch; fixed a toilet; and re-grouted the tile in a shower. He was dependable, arriving on schedule, and easy to contact and communicate with. When we needed him to come back to retouch a small chip in the grout, he set up an appointment and prompting took care of it. "Adrian fixed the tile shower that had water damage. He is responsive and on time. He did a great job rebuilding some damaged surface and put the tiles back on. The grout he used is very high quality and hopefully will last much longer than the previous grout."

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."
