"I called and left a message on Sunday about needing someone Monday. They called me back Mon morning and came in the afternoon quoting a visit price of $60 and would quote further work after examination. The plumber came at the beginning of the estimated time period and gave us a quote to install the faucet we had bought and replace both valves (one of which had stopped working) of $350 total. The work was accomplished quickly and professionally."

"Forget Len the Plumber. Use Eric Straus instead. He is efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Due to a knee replacement, I needed a higher toilet and a grab bar. ASAP. I called Eric in the morning. Everything was done by late afternoon. He purchased the toilet for me and took the old one to the dump. He's friendly. You won't be disappointed in him. He's a gem."

"We are extremely happy with how our new kitchen turned out. We worked with multiple contractors on quotes at the beginning of the process, and although Dan’s quote was higher than the rest, he was the only one we trusted to do the job right. Multiple other contractors gave us drawings that showed they were going to cover the electrical panel with a cabinet or pantry. Dan was the only one that clearly stated that was not allowed. He worked with us on setting up a design that met our needs and worked well in the space we had. To save ourselves some money, we took the demolition of the space upon ourselves (including taking down a wall, and removing all old appliances, counters, cabinets, and flooring). When we finished demolition of the old kitchen, we found a mold problem in our wall. We had Dan and his crew check out the wall, and got quotes from roofers as it appeared the leak was coming from the roof. Again, multiple contractors said we should be able to shore up the studs and only replace a few pieces, while Dan and his crew were confident it needed to be completely repaired. We’re glad we went with Dan and his recommendation, because we discovered that the leak was coming from a window in the wall, and had caused so much damage that everything in that area had to be replaced. Finally, everything was smooth sailing for finishing the kitchen once the repair was done. We had a gas line installed, water lines changed slightly, and the entire kitchen was redone (new floor, cabinets, countertops, and appliances). All of the work from Dan’s crew was done in a timely manner, and done well. We would absolutely call Dan again if (and more likely when) we want to do more renovations on our house."

"Perfectly! They fixed the mess made by the previous contractor, did a beautiful and quick job at a reasonable price. They were also very clean which was appreciated! I wish they did more things than just glazing! Definitely recommend."

"Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. The repair looks great and the shower is working better than ever.  From the time I called Crown Plumber to the time Edmund left was under an hour.  I am very pleased and highly recommend Edmund and Crown Plumber."

"- Plumber came and snaked the pipe. The water went down fine and he left. - Two days later the tenant said the kitchen sink was backing up again but he did not schedule an appointment because the problem went away relatively quickly. - Three weeks later Tenant sends me a video the kitchen sink being backed up again. Tenant was very clear they were careful to minimize any food that goes down the trash disposal in case it could clog up the pipe. I spoke with Definitive because I felt like I paid to have a problem fixed and the problem was not fixed; I felt some type of credit was in order. The plumber's argument was that 3 weeks had passes and that they couldn't warranty a service. Fair enough, but 3 weeks strike me as awfully short time frame, especially if food was not being thrown in the trash disposal. I googled this situation and it seems its customary and accepted practice that you pay for services rendered regardless of the results. Fair, that's fine. As far as the recurring clogging problem, it appears there are many instances where the snaking can break through the clog but can a) partially break the clog leaving grease and other debris on the sides or b) break the clog but not go down far enough whereby the debris will remain somewhere in the pipe and eventually build back up. Generally this seems to happen with amateurs that aren't thorough enough with the snaking and don't snake down far enough. It's true, my tenants could have stuffed a whole bunch of food down the drain but everything about them so far has been such that I believe them when they say they minimized the amount of food that went down the garbage disposal. To me the lack of thoroughness in the snake job seems more plausible which is why I gave them a D for quality."
