"Malcom was very responsive, timely and professional. A power surge had knocked out all the power to my 1/2 bath as well as the outlets in my kitchen in addition to reversing one of the great room cathedral ceiling fans. Malcom found solutions for everything- and even installed a new circuit breaker to separate the 1/2 bath and kitchen. I recommend him highly."

"On time and very professional. Installed 2 complete systems. Very open to questions. Great installation and clean up."

"Design expert came out to my when I called. He was clean and on time, very professional throughout the whole process. Exceeded my expectations. Everything he promised would happen on install happen. Crews were very hard working and the attention to detail was amazing, they left the areas cleaner than when started."

"Good communication. Reached out to discuss plans and ideas. House was demolished by GDOT therefore could not pursue project."

"The install of my AC unit went very well and only took a few hours, so it was done relatively quickly. It was a pretty simple install, and they discarded the old unit. The guys who installed the AC unit were professional, helpful, and respectful of the property."

"We selected LServices for our duct cleaning job because of the good reviews. The day of service the 2 technicians showed up on time, they did a good job at cleaning the ducts. I recommend them"

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
