Construction began in April 2025 and the project was completed in mid-January 2026, including yard work, new sod, and drainage which we felt was reasonable given several design changes along the way. Our project included demolishing the old kitchen, converting it into a dining area, and building a new kitchen with custom maple cabinets, a butler’s pantry, extensive lighting, and a spacious 9-foot island. Billy and his team perfectly matched the exterior siding and color so the addition looks original to the home. His bid came in under budget while still delivering high-quality materials and workmanship. He was patient, dependable, and easy to work with, and communication was excellent throughout. "When they estimated job my concern was paving on top of walkway and was told that it would not be a problem. After only 6 months I had pavers coming loose as well as the fill used between pavers is non-existent now. Very poor job and would never use or recommend them to anyone. I did contact company 6 months later to fix problems starting but got no follow up to fix problem."
