"We completed a 450 square-foot custom kitchen addition to our 42 year-old home and we are very pleased with the results provided by contractor Mr. Billy Bond. Construction began in April 2025 and the project was completed in mid-January 2026, including yard work, new sod, and drainage which we felt was reasonable given several design changes along the way. Our project included demolishing the old kitchen, converting it into a dining area, and building a new kitchen with custom maple cabinets, a butler’s pantry, extensive lighting, and a spacious 9-foot island. Billy and his team perfectly matched the exterior siding and color so the addition looks original to the home. His bid came in under budget while still delivering high-quality materials and workmanship. He was patient, dependable, and easy to work with, and communication was excellent throughout.
