"Tammy in the office communicated with me during the week, which I really appreciated. I set an appointment for 2 pm, and she called to let me know they have a window of 2 hours. However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly.
