I was displeased with the process but my account rep was attentive, appropriately apologetic, and expressed certainty that they would do anything necessary to provide an appropriate level of service. Project time was extended but the final product was solid. It shouldn't have taken three attempts, but Hood's went so far as to bring in a different sub-contractor as to provide solid work. I was pleased with the final product. New home: no problems with any of this work. Scheduling was difficult. I suspect that (as is typical with contractors) Hood's was overbooked / overextended. That said, the work seems to be solid. All in all, I appreciate the end: good work. I'm not sure that they'd be my first call the next time that I need work but I would vouch that they made sure I was (eventually) happy with the business."
