"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I had them also replace a window in the front. They did an excellent job and it looks like it was brand new. It went with the other two windows. They did a wonderful job on it. I can't complain about their work. We had set the appointment up and I didn't hear anything. So I called the office about 10:00 and was apologized to because apparently, it was cancelled, but nobody told me. Then we set it up to do a week later. They were supposed to be here at 8:00 or 9:00 and I got a call just about that time saying they were running a little late."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work.
