"The entire process was excellent.  Doug Lippitt, the sales rep, provided a complete description of how Stanek Windows are made.  He exhibited the effect of several levels of insulation in the windows with a heat lamp.  
After the sale, Doug was very attentive to assure the delivery and installation was done on schedule.  The installation process went very well.  The installers arrived, removed the old windows and installed the new windows.  The old (original) windows had hardware that I wanted to keep.  The installers removed all the hardware for me.
The transom windows were replaced during a renovation project.  Because of the tight timing, Doug Lippett worked very hard to have the windows delivered and installed on schedule.  This took a lot of his time to ask the factory to speed up the window building process.
Other contractors have noticed the doors installed by Stanek.  I have gotten a few comments about how well the doors were installed, and, door installation is not an easy thing to do - especially in an old house.

"Rich was prompt, professional and responsive. The roof leaks were inspected and repaired. We discussed options in case the initial repair would not be sufficient. With respect to the door, the door itself was in satisfactory condition but the 9-panel window was damaged due to thrown stone from a neighbors lawnmower. Rich recommended door replacement vs. the glass insert replacement. Though the door replacement would be slightly more on an installed basis vs. just the glass, the final result was the new door (and it was purchased with a 9 panel window) looks great. Following installation of the door, we both found that the original handle and lockset was smaller than the pre-drilled door holes. A new lockset was purchased at Home Depot and installed as well. I'm looking at having Coach Construction tackle a larger repair in my home next Spring."

"Danny Stephens, owner, D Stephens Construction LLC, did extensive repair and replacement work in our bathroom, including installing a new ceramic tile floor, and a new toilet.  Additionally, he repaired the floor and one wall in the bathroom.  The work was done over the course of several days.  I found Danny very agreeable, and willing to do all the work required.  He was responsive, also.  He returned right away (on a Sunday, no less) when I called him to correct a minor issue I discovered after all the work had been completed.  Most contractors won't do that, once they've been paid."

"I would recommend him highly and use him in the future; and, this is why: I am the former collection lawyer for Wolff Brothers Supply, Inc., a HVAC wholesaler located in Medina, Ohio. I have twenty years of experience with dealing with construction claims. My house is 40 years old and is starting to show its age. Mr. Stanley advertised a 1/2 off retile of a shower/bath. As he has an "A" rating I engaged him. As this work progressed we had a major leak in the stall shower in the master bathroom (not his fault). He repaired the stall shower (cut out all of the old grout - all walls, ceiling & floor) and replaced the two sinks and faucets in the master bathroom. This was accomplished within 48 hours. He striped the bath/shower walls to the studs and the new tile looks beautiful. I would describe his tile work as meticulous. We then decided to replace the vanity and ordered a double vanity. He installed this double vanity and it was re-plumbed to the wall. In the process of replacing the vanity, we had him remove a full wall mirror and prep all the walls for painting. He completely redid the entire ceiling. We now have a new tiled shower over bath, double vanity, re-plumbed shower, and walls ready for painting.
