When Dustin explained the last part of the bill ( $700 more for the stainless steel parts, $200 more for the rain gutter and $120 to hang the storm door) the demo paid for his overages. I don't object to paying for the work, but when I get an estimate I assume someone checks on the prices. He also promised to be done by the end of April but ended May 19th. The porch and stairs look good, but I would not hire him again."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. "Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."
