"I used Greenlee to replace my water heater. They replied to my inquiry for service very quickly, even though it was after normal business hours. They were responsive and professional assisting me in determining the best solution for me. They arrived quickly and on time. Their work was fast and they did a great job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. Everyone with whom I had contact was friendly and professional. "Mr. Rooter did a great job on our emergency clog repair. Jorge was very professional when he came to our house to clear our clog. Our master bath sanitary system was clogged and it caused water to leak thru the toilet flange and above the ceiling on the first floor and out our can lights below. No other plumbers even called us back, but Mr. Rooter not only called back but Jorge came to service our house on his way home. He fixed the clog, gave us a new toilet flange and was very professional the entire time. It turned into a job that lasted almost 4 hours. We would recommend this particular technician again."

"They were only one to respond in reasonable time after I posted for the job. Kept me informed when they would arrive. Stayed with job until it was finished. Gave me tips in case of any problems in the future. When water heater has to be replaced will be calling on them to do the installation. I highly recommend them for any water heater/ plumbing job that needs to be done! I definitely recommend using them to anyone."

"They guy who came is a master plumber and he is skilled. He can do what other plumbers just don’t do. He can figure things out which others just can’t figure out. I had 20 plumbers who came to fix my water problem because it didn’t get hot and we could not take a shower. Then he came and was able to fix the problem. When my toilet was overflowing, he did some pipe repairs and it worked. Now, my toilet looks wonderful and beautiful."
