When I was ready to sign the contract, he explained everything and answered all my questions right there. Once the permit was secured, they came out for the final measurements on Monday, explained they will send them to the factory so my frame can be built. By Wednesday afternoon they were calling to setup my installation appointment. They installed Thursday & Friday. My porch looks great.
