"Contractor provided excellent consultation on the type of upgrades and improvements we wanted to make during our project. Jeff was excellent at suggesting improvements to our bathroom shower, entrance and new vanity and cabinets. He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"Bill and his team really came through for us when we found out our two bathrooms had to be demolished due to structural damage in our crawl space from water leaks over the years. We live in an old wooden bungalow from the 1920s and were having a hard time finding a trustworthy and experienced contractor; who could repair all the structural damage under the bathroom floors and then complete the remodeling of the bathrooms. Bill and his team were able to finish both bathrooms on time and made sure all the work was completed the right way (they came out looking wonderful). Bill was able to pull all the permits with the city of Tampa and he was always there when we needed guidance when it came to design/functionality. In the end we also had Bill complete our kitchen backsplash, and install a new side door. His team can pretty much do anything you need around your house. They are very friendly, honest, and hard working. They will let you know the truth about what needs to be done and they will do the work the right way the first time. If you need anything done from small handyman jobs to building a new house, Bill and his team can do it for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends or family."

He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. "Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with Kiersten Petty for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. Kiersten listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-ups during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. "Richard and his entire team were great. We live in Tampa Heights so it was a struggle working with the review board and getting things in order. But Richard was flexible and as soon as permits went through his crew was ready the next day. We originally wanted to expand, but later opted to Remodel the bathroom and kitchen. The photos really don't do it justice. Because of the age of our house and the space constraints. There is no simple home project. Which is why we are glad we went with Richard and his team.
