"Everyone has heard about "bucket" lists! One of my items in mine said, complete a Kitchen remodel before I retired. Well, it happened two years away from my retirement and very happy with the results. The time spent at the design stage with Kiersten Petty for the much-needed Q & A during the process of developing a design with our hopes and keeping practicality at bay, was well worth it. Kiersten listened patiently to our likes and wishes and incorporated them into the much-needed kitchen remodel, putting the design on paper / computer and ultimately into a contract. Sure, there were a few hick-ups during the build. She showed she cared about delivering our hopes and dreams by coming to the house with her thinking cap on her head any time she was needed. She would handle all field issues with professionalism and took into consideration our concerns and the finish product we were looking for in our new kitchen. She would always have an idea along with an altenative(s) that would also work. So, you were never pressured with a decision that you may not like at a later date. She always wanted you to be a part of the decision making. I would like to add a thank you to one of their finish carpenters, Tony. I have never seen anyone so detailed oriented other than my deceased father. The family room is adjacent to the kitchen area and what a remodeled pair they make. "AAA and its people are wonderful to work with and did quality work at a fair price. I really can’t say enough good things about Joe, Jim and their whole team. They took over a job that was started by a terrible builder so I was able to experience first hand how bad things can get and what’s it’s like to work with a quality team. In addition to quality work, they were just wonderfully positive people to work with. Not a single person or subcontractor was difficult, argumentized or worked with a negative attitude. There were a couple subs carried over from the previous builder that were also not great to work with so I also got to see the difference between a poor builder’s subs and a quality builder. The scope of the work was to complete our new home build after the house was built up to the point of having the framing, roof and utilities roughed in. They really did a great job of converting disaster to master piece."

"Richard and his entire team were great. We live in Tampa Heights so it was a struggle working with the review board and getting things in order. But Richard was flexible and as soon as permits went through his crew was ready the next day. We originally wanted to expand, but later opted to Remodel the bathroom and kitchen. The photos really don't do it justice. Because of the age of our house and the space constraints. There is no simple home project. Which is why we are glad we went with Richard and his team. Their experience truly made a difference and we will definitely be working with him in the future."

Our project involved new wood floors, interior paint, refinished ceilings, three full bathroom remodels, installing French doors, a custom transom window, a large custom bar and more. We are thrilled with the way everything came out. We ran into some difficulty with the floors due to some existing sub-floor water damage discovered during demo. Pete worked with me and came up with a solution to fix the problem and make sure it doesn't happen again.
