Project was well done and they cleaned up the site afterwards, replanted grass, and we were very pleased with the entire project. "

"The repair was successful and not as bad as I feared. I have called CET several times in recent years through AngiesList to do repairs. The electrician Tim arrived on time and carefully ran a few tests to determine the problem while describing to me what he was doing. It turned out to be a bad wall switch which he replaced with a new switch I had on hand. I will call CET again the next time I have an electrical problem."

"I had several other companies estimate my patio replacement, and I am really glad I hired continental. Tony, the owner, came out and did the estimate. I can't say enough about Tony and his team, they blew away my expectations. Easily the best contractor I have ever hired. "Bob and his team did an outstanding job on a new patio installation and mailbox replacement. They were very helpful in recommending the patio’s size/shape, kind of pavers, the railing for the step-down from the house and tying the new patio to an older existing patio. They designed the mailbox post to be extra sturdy and built it on the spot. They moved sizeable rocks around the mailbox to protect it from potential snowplow mishaps. I am extremely happy with the results! The patio and mailbox look great! (Psst! I wish I had used them on earlier projects). Bob and his team were always professional and accommodating. It was a joy to work with them. They know what they are doing! I trust Carroll Landscaping to do an excellent job on future projects!"

"This job was done 10.5 years ago as of 2021. The finished product turned out great but its the behind the scenes experience that what unsatisfactory thus the three stars. Job was overpriced by comparison but we like to think you get what you pay for and C. Brook had lots of great reviews and seemed like a quality group. It took longer than expected but that comes with the territory. Punch list included lots of leaks in the porch roof and after many return visits and gutter alterations the water coming in staining the ceiling and bulk head where fixed. Recently ( 10.5 years after install ) we've had issues with the steps off of the back porch, deck boards and fascia boards coming loose. We called Mike and he came out to take a look. Most of the pressure treated joists used are completely water damaged. He explained it was partly due to the way they constructed it ( which they have since changed ) and that there is a warranty that can be used for the wood they sourced. Cedarbook wanted a very high price to do the repairs, ( compared to the other estimates we have obtained ) and told us that we had to handle all aspects of the warranty ourselves. A very disappointing response overall."
