"For the most part it was a good experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He called back to tell me they were running a special too that helped with my decision. What I didn't like was that he didn't tell me that their windows would not be recessed like the windows being replaced, so I had to spend a few hundred dollars more to get new blinds. Also, I spent a good chunk of change and would've expected a phone call after installation to make sure I was happy with the installation and the windows. The installers were hard working and friendly. They took the time to tell me what they were doing. They did come a little unprepared though. I had molding around the window and they came without a nail gun even though they had one. I let them borrow mine. They also did not come with drop cloths. They had a hard time getting the existing windows out because of the way they were done. So they ended up breaking the glass on each of the windows. The glass went all over the place. My wife found glass in the bed, on the bureau and she stepped on glass cutting her foot. It also scratched up some of my wood flooring. So the clean up could've been better. The windows look good though and work great."

"We called Dennis and he was at our house later that very day.  He couldn't fix the problem instantly, but was kind enough to get in touch with his garage door specialist immediately.  Apparently there was no stud underneath the wall where there should have been one to attach the door to.  Dennis fixed the problem for us while we were away so there was a minimum of inconvenience to us.  He proved very trustworthy!  There was no charge for this fix.  This man really stands by his work! <br /> Dennis was able to find a good match to the 30-year-old masonite siding that was on the chimney and he checked to see if we had paint on hand that he could use before beginning the project.  He and his men did this small job on a day when they were already in the neighborhood.  They worked efficiently and with minimal inconvenience to me.  When I came out to inspect, I saw a dark spot farther down the chimney where some paint had chipped off that somewhat spoiled the effect of the repair.  Dennis himself walked back up the tall ladder with a paintbrush and dabbed some paint on that spot for me at no extra!  They left the place as neat as when they came."

"Our initial call went to voicemail and Mike Beck was prompt to reply and set up an appointment to provide an estimate. He came prepared to perform a thorough inspection of the roof, took measurements and showed us a variety of samples both in small 3x3" squares and in larger examples of about 18x18'. <br /> Mike was very pleasant to deal with, patient and courteous. I was happy that the estimate did not include a pushy sales pitch for extras. Mike is an ardent advocate of the polartec underlayment, but when we advised that we were not interested the sales pitch stopped. <br /> We were pleased with the speed of the crew and the care they took in cleaning up both during and after the job. Mike regularly returned to the job site to check on the progress of the crew and to ask us if everything was going ok. He took before, during and after photos that were provided to us. <br /> We chose the architectural variety of shingles from Tamko's Heritage group and had ridge vents added. They built a frame around the chimney, sealed it, and wrapped in vinyl. We have several more projects planned and will be calling them!"

"After two other companies failed to properly diagnose the problem I called Bobby Terry. The Technician did a complete check of the unit and working with the Trane field service rep he was able to determine that the compressor was not working properly. The first company said that the unit was working as designed. The second company replaced the expansion valve twice and claimed that the problem was solved. Bobby Terry worked directly with Trane to get the repairs done under warranty at the end of the warranty period. Communication from all of the Bobby Terry members was excellent. They were prompt for appointments and kept me informed of progress until the unit was repaired."
